Welcome to FirstB2R!
FirstB2R is first B to R(Business to retailer) site established to enactivate the trade of goods in small quantity with various item ranges. We focus on selected collection of Korean and Asian products mainly micellaneous goods including imitation jewelry, accessories, bags, optical goods,etc which generally fit the sales in retailer shops. However, our product categories even extend to Korean venture products and other export-oriented goods.

How to review items
Our main page is not displayed only in the same way as other similar trade-related websites which generally display the item or category names like encyclopedia. Instead, we put forward the product images with relevant explanation to make your selection or surfing more interesting and easier. Just a little search will surprise you with the convenience and various functions of our site..

Our main page is composed of 4 different sections ;

1. Product by categories
We classified our products under 8 big categories. If you enter the category you want to see by clicking, you are led to the category map page featuring all the big, medium, small categories of our products and you can see the items pertaining to the categoty you choose on the right side of the screen.

If you want to see the items of other categories, just click the category name in the category map. You don't need to move to other pages.

We have installed following 2 special functions to help you review the items more easily and conveniently.

View Option

Just below the category map, you will see the small box entitled "View Option". That tool box gives you the choice to see the products in different mode, even in one category;

- Sorted by new items; you can see the items sorted in the order of registration day
                                  from recently registered items.
- Sorted by hit items: you can see the items in the order of hit items from most popular
                                item.
- View type Standard: you can see 9 items each page with item images, names and
                                 prices.
- View type Thumbnail: you can see 20 items each page with item images and prices.
                                  This thumbnail function is for helping you review the items
                                  at a glance.

Multi Selector

Not all the items could interest you. For this case, we prepared "Multi Selector" beneath the item images.

- If you are in '"standard view type"; 9 small boxes inside big box represents the position of 9 items in the above. Hence, if you want to see only selected items successively, check in the samll boxes and click "Go" button.

- If you are in "thumbnail view type": click in the small boxes at the bottom of items you want to see selectively and press "Go" button inside the Multi Selector.

2. New items
Two items is given as example of new items on the main page. If you want to see the products in the order of registered date from most recent one(regardless of the product categories), click "more" on the upper-right of this section. If you want to see items by categories in "New Items" page, just select the category in "Go to Category Map" box on the left of the screen. You will move to "Category Map" page.

3. Hit & Hot Item
Two items is given as example of Hit & Hot Items on the main page. If you want to see the products in the order of hit & hot items(regardless of the product categories), click "more" on the upper-right of this section. If you want to see items by categories in "Hit & Hot Items" page, just select the category in "Go to Category Map" box on the left of the screen.

4. Featured Items
We display here about 5 items selected among the recently registered items for the recommendation to you.

Besides, you can also use our search function to find a specific item wherever you are. Just type-in the key word that you are looking for and press the "Search Now" button.

Special Order
To operate our site as more interactive one, we also maintain "Special Order". In case you can not find the item you are interested to import on our website, you can use our "Special Order"(Members Only).

Just below the search box in the main page, you can see the sentences "The product you want does not exist on our site? Click here and order!". If you click here, then you can see summarized explanation on what the "Special Order" is and the list of special orders by other buyers.

If you want to request the product as special order, just click the "Request" button and fill out the form including the product name, order quantity, price range you find desirable etc.

Then, we put this announcement among our venders. If there is any manufacturer or vender who can supply that item, he will put that item on our website or contact us.
Then, we contact you for further discussion about your order .

Advertising Policy

1. Flexibility
Product descriptions posted on our product pages are the representations provided by our suppliers. Hence, actual products may differ slightly from the picture. FirstB2R is not responsible for typographical product information or sepecification.

The products and related information(price, quantities etc.) on our product pages may be subject to changes without notice if is advertised in error, the product is sold out or if we need to change any related information.

2. Product availability info
We will provide current stock status for the products including whether the product is in stock or out of stock and, in case of stock, the amount in stock.
And we can set the minimum order quantity for the products on sale.

Pricing Policy(Automatic Negotiation System)

1. General Policy
FirstB2R uses its purchasing power and strong relationships with Korean vendors or factories to bring you low price. And we try to offer you the best price we can offer depending on order quantities, market situation and suppliers' situation. To give more benefits to members, we operate "Automatic Negotiation System".

2. Automatic Negotiation System(members only)

a) How it is operated?
This is one surprising function of our site newly developed to give our members discount benefit as follows;
- Fixed Price Item : discount is given by member grade.
- Nego Item : dicount is given by member grade and order quantity

* In both cases, discount is not given for the member grade "5" which is the lowest level.
For example, if your member grade is 5 and you want to order a nego item, only the
discount by order quantity is applied.

b) How to check the discount price
On every item page, you can see the remark above the product image;
"Fixed Price Item" or "Nego Item"

- If it is a fixed price item, you can check the discount price by clicking Discount Price
Check just on the right of product price and inputting the order quantity on newly
opened small window. Discounted price and saved amount is showen by the table.

- If it is a nego item, you can check the discount price by clicking "Nego Price Check"
just on the right of product price and inputting the order quantity.

* In both cases, if you press "Apply" button on small window, discounted price and
your order qty is displayed on the product page. To order, just click
"Add to Order List".

How to place an Order
To place an order, just follow the following steps;

1. When you find the item you would like to order, put the quantity(if any, select also color and size) and click the "Add to order list" button on any item's detail page. (In case you applied discount price, the quantity is automatically displayed. You only have to click "Add to order list").

Everytime you click "Add to order list", that information goes to your order list to be saved, while the page remains unchanged to enable you to do more selection or shopping. Instead, everytime you order, you can see the message "Your order has been successfully added to your order list".

2. First time you try to order an item, you are asked to log-in. If you are already our member, log-in and continue. If you are not member, you can register as our member and coninue OR click "Buy as non-member" and continue.

3. If you want to check your purchase details after adding to order list or stop shopping & order, just click "View Order List".

a) If you want to change the order quantities, change the number in the "Quantity Box"
and click "Change Qty" button below the list.
b) If you want to delete or cancel the items in your order list, click the "Delete" button
at the extreme right of any item in your order list.
c) If you want to continue shopping, just click "Continue Shopping"
d) If you want to finish the shopping and order, click "Order Now" button.

4. You are required to fill out or check successively "Delivery Information", "Delivery method" "Check Out". Just follow the instructions on each page.

5. FirstB2R sends you an order confirmation including the invoice with payment details(product value, freight etc) via e-mail.

6. After receiving our e-mail, you are required to enter your account on our website and to proceed with payment procedures. The order waiting for your payment is classified in "Invoice Sent/Before Payment" category. In this category, choose and click the serial code for which you want the payment.

After checking the order detail, you are given two payment options; T/T or Credit card.

a) If you select Cash(T/T), you are required to send the money to our bank account
mentioned there.
b) If you select Credit Card, you are automatically connected to our card payment
system.

Invoicing
FirstB2R send you an invoice e-mail with payment details(product value, freight etc).

The total due amount of your order will be equal to the "product price + freight" + surcharge(if any)" . You may have to pay customs duty according to the customs policy in your country.

Payment
All prices of the products on our website are listed in US dollars. We accept VISA, MASTER Card or you can pay by cash(T/T) by transmitting the money directly to our bank account. In this case, we only accept the money denominated in US dollars.

* Please note:
- In T/T payment, all the bank charges outside Korea should by borne by buyer.
- If your payment is not carried out within 3 business days since you received our
invoice mail, your order may be cancelled.
- If we receive successfully your payment, we send you confirmation e-mail.

Delivery Times
To know the arrival time of the goods you ordered, you need to consider the availability and purchase volume of your order and the shipping options you selected.

Basically, we make delivery order when your payment is confirmed. If our supplier already has stock in place, it will take 2-3 business days before shipping out. If it needs to be manufactured, we will keep in touch with you for the delivery schedule.

The delivery time will vary by country and city, and the delivery option you selected.

Cancel & Refund Policy

1. Cancelling by FirstB2R
a) FirstB2R reserves the right to cancel an order for the products that are advertised in error, is unexpectedly out of stock, do not conform to specifications, or were shipped in error.

b) FirstB2R may cancel an order if it is deemed to be made in bad faith or for which your payment is not carried out within 3 business days since you received our invoice mail.

c)If the order is cancelled by the above reason, we will send you E-mail notice.

2. Order Cancelling by customer
a) You can cancel your order within 24 hours after you received our invoice mail. If your payment is delayed past 3 business days without any notice, not only your order is cancelled but also it may cause your credit problem.

b) Because, as soon as your payment is confirmed, we start to proceed the next procedures, you are recommended to send us an e-mail to cancel your order as quickly as possible.

c)Basically, order cancel after the payment is not accepted.

3. Refund process
In case of order cancellation by us while you payed, the refund process goes as follows;

a) If you paid by credit card, you can cancel your credit card charges after you receive
   our confirmation message for order cancelling
b) If you paid by cash, we refund the same amount to your bank account
   (Remittance bank charges or exchange rate losses is borne by you except the case
   in 1.(a))

Return Policy
1. If you receive the order item, you are required to inspect the items before you sign the receipt document. And if you find the items broken or any defects which you have enough ground to suspect to be caused by shipper, you have to reject the receipt of that item.

2. Should your item have any defects which are not caused by shipper's fault or carelessness, please contact us immediately for the replacement. The goods once exported to your territory may only be returned for replacement.

For returns, you have to apply for Return Authorization on our website with relevant proof(picture and description etc) for defects.

If FirstB2R issues Return Authorization, you are required to send the goods with defects to us. All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, manuals, and accessories.

3. FirstB2R cannot accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without a Return Authorization will be refused. In such cases, FirstB2R bears no responsibility for replacement.

Personal Account
Once you purchase the good in FirstB2R.com, your account is created automatically regardless of you being our member or not.

However, if you are not member, you only can check your separate order details case by case, not all the lists. The separate account number of each order will be notified to you when you finished the order.

If you register as our member, you can review your order records or points history, change the features of your personal information and also check the progress of your latest order by 6 steps at any time you want.

Membership Policy
1. Membership points
If you register as our member, you can enjoy our Membership Points.

a. Points by purchase amount:
The larger volume you purchase and the more frequently you order, the higher your points will be. So buy more, and get more benefits!

b. Points by suggestions:
You also will be given points, when you make good suggestions or send your opinions to us.

c. Others :
We give you points in various occasions according to our policy.

2. Incentives for members
According to the level of points you accumulated, you are given various incentives(including price discount) or premium gifts

3. Personal Account
If you are member, you can enter your personal account on our site and check your order records, points and also track the progress of your latest order. And you can update or change your personal information.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collected about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized service. We may also use it to inform you of changes in our services or about special offers we think you'll find valuable to you. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

System Policy
We makes every effort to maintain 100% system availability, except during scheduled maintenance periods. Should we experience technical difficulties, FirstB2R is not responsible for orders that are not processed or accepted.

E-Mail Notice
FirstB2R will send the e-mail in the following cases;
- confirmation e-mail for your registeration as our member
- order confirmation e-mail with payment invoice details
- order cacellation e-mail
- If any problem occurs relating to your order(unexpectedly out of stock, dilivery delay etc)

FirstB2R also may send the e-mail when it is deemed necessary to do so. For example, when we have scheduled maintenace period or your payment is successfully received by us etc.
